Wardell Stephen Kerry II

Wardell Stephen Kerry II is the son of NBA player Wardell Stephen Kerry I. How do you differentiate between them? The father is called Del, Ben Steph. Del Kerry has played in the NBA for sixteen seasons. He only started in 99 of the 1083 games he played, but also as a bench player he was a significant player. His deadly weapon was of course the 3-point shooting with 40% in his career. He scored 1245 three-pointers in his career, placing him 58th all-time. When he retires he is placed much higher.

He was selected by Utah and moved after one season to Cleveland, where Steph was born, at the same hospital in Akron where LeBron was born. In his third season in the league he was selected by the Charlotte Hornets in the Expansion Draft (a special draft in which new teams could select players whose teams did not defend them), and moved on to play there for 10 seasons. The Kerry family made Charlotte a home. He then played another season in Milwaukee and another 3 in Toronto.
