Despite Curry’s injury leaving the Warriors ahead of the Mavericks

The Warriors got the win, but Steph Curry did not return after limping to the locker room.

On Saturday night, the Golden State Warriors defeated the Dallas Mavericks 119-113, improving to 27-26 on the season. The Warriors won, but as they await Steph Curry’s prognosis, their contention hopes remain in limbo.

In the third quarter, Curry left the game after his left knee buckled while guarding a driving Maverick. His limp was immediately noticeable. As Curry’s outer knee was the focus of attention, there was immediate concern that he had injured his MCL, which would likely sideline him for a few weeks.
